Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48hours from the date of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition.
- Returned in original packaging (or equivalent secure packaging) with proof of purchase.
- Supported by photo or video evidence of any defect/damage provided within 48 hours of delivery for defective claims.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items (for hygiene & safety reasons):
Note: Final sale items can only be returned if they are received defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refunds & Store Credit
- No cash refunds are issued.
- For defective/damaged items: Replacement or store credit at no cost to you.
- For non-defective returns: Exchange or store credit only, subject to availability.
Store Credit Terms:
- Valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
- Non-transferable unless authorized in writing by Adenzo Comfies.
- Functions like a voucher, redeemable for future purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or incorrect items.
- Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- Contact Us: adenzocomfies1@gmail.com or call +254 743 190 290/+254 728 999 111 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Securely: Place the item(s) in original or equivalent packaging with all accessories/manuals.

- Tracking: Use a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost returns without tracking.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays for return shipping of non-defective items.
- Adenzo Comfies pays for return shipping of defective/damaged items.
Processing Time
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days from receipt.
