Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48hours from the date of delivery.
Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  •  Returned in original packaging (or equivalent secure packaging) with proof of purchase.
  •  Supported by photo or video evidence of any defect/damage provided within 48 hours of delivery for defective claims.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items (for hygiene & safety reasons):

  • Diapering products (e.g., diapers, diaper creams, changing pads)
  • Feeding essentials (e.g., bottles, nipples, pacifiers, breast pumps)
  •  Mom Care/Dad Care personal care items (e.g., nursing creams, postpartum products)
  • Used safety essentials (e.g., car seats, safety gates)
  • Opened bedding/nursing items (e.g., crib mattresses, nursing pillows)

Note: Final sale items can only be returned if they are received defective or damaged upon delivery.     
 
 Refunds & Store Credit

  • No cash refunds are issued.
  •  For defective/damaged items: Replacement or store credit at no cost to you.
  • For non-defective returns: Exchange or store credit only, subject to availability.


Store Credit Terms:

  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
  •  Non-transferable unless authorized in writing by Adenzo Comfies.
  • Functions like a voucher, redeemable for future purchases.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or incorrect items.
  • Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or store credit.


Return Process

  • Contact Us: adenzocomfies1@gmail.com or call +254 743 190 290/+254 728 999 111 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Package Securely: Place the item(s) in original or equivalent packaging with all accessories/manuals.
  • Ship To:

  • Tracking: Use a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost returns without tracking.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays for return shipping of non-defective items.
  • Adenzo Comfies pays for return shipping of defective/damaged items.


Processing Time

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days from receipt.
